Understanding Yourself to Build Forward
In this first session, you’ll dive deep into your Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) and Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) results.
Through expert-led guidance and ACS Firm’s proprietary Leadership Development Plan, you’ll learn how to:
- Decode your assessment results with clarity and confidence
- Identify what motivates you and how to align your motivations with your career goals
- Pinpoint your leadership strengths and blind spots

You’ll leave Session 1 with a clear understanding of who you are as a professional — and a framework for what’s next.
Session 2: Harness Your Strengths for Growth
Recognize, Refine, and Rise
Building on Session 1, Session 2 takes you into the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) — exploring how your strengths can become derailers when overused.
You’ll learn how to:
- Recognize your “over-exercised strengths” as they surface in real situations
- Understand both the positive and negative sides of your leadership style
- Develop strategies to manage and channel your behaviors for lasting impact
- End the session with a personalized 2026 Career Growth Plan, ready to put into action
